BYB solid ring needle roller bearings consist of machined outer rings, inner rings, cages, and needles. They have small cross-sectional height, large load capacity, and rigidity, and are compact in structure and small in volume. This type of bearing can be provided in two series of products, metric and inch, each series having three types of structures: cage type, full needle type, and sealed type. In addition, BYB solid ring bearings can be divided into two structures with and without inner rings. The structure with inner rings can achieve high rotational accuracy. The structure without inner rings uses the shaft as the raceway surface, making the volume smaller.
